30-Day Challenge:: a stitch in color in the wild
Though I know for a fact that my fabric line, a stitch in color, will be available at three different local fabric stores, Walker Hall Design on 12th street sent me an email yesterday letting me know that their order had arrived. I'm surprised it took me 24 hours to get over there, but I made my way there to snap this photo. I, of course, had seen bolts of the fabric at Quilt Market, but there's something extra-special exciting about seeing it in a fabric store. It's my first sighting of a stitch in color in the wild and definitely a thrill.

What a thrill for you - I can only imagine how exciting that would be! I have to admit I am pretty excited about seeing it first hand - I've resisted the pre-cuts because I am feeling a bit of meterage love for it. I'm in Aust. so it might take a little longer to get here, but I'm a patient girl!
Congratulations! It must be a good feeling. Great colours. I wish your fabrics were available here in Poland ;-)
Pretty stinkin' cool! They're so pretty too! Make more!

So how do I find out who in my area (Philadelphia, PA) will be carrying it?
I love love love this line. I've had so much fun playing with it. If you have a minute you can pop over and see what I have done with it so far. http://emsscrapbag.blogspot.com/2012/01/stitch-in-color.html
droolfest in progress, right here, right now. Must be sooo exciting.
Oh I hope that means it will be here soon! I've been waiting, but not very patiently. ;-)
I absolutely love your fabric! I love seeing it all stacked up like that (in the wild!). I am hoping our LQS gets some soon!!!
I have been checking my online store daily if your lovely fabrics have arrived yet. I guess it must be any day now. I can't wait to get my hands on some ;). Congratulations!
It arrived today at Fatty Corners Quilts shop in Lampasas (north of Austin). We couldn't be happier. It is beautiful!!
Will your loveliest fabric be available here in NorCal ?~! I love it, Malka.
They look incredible! I hope I can find it online too
Wow...love is seeing full bolts of wonderful color!
Congratulations! I'm making a quilt from one of the layer cakes and have been waiting for the bolts so I can get some binding fabric. Yay!
I've been in love with your fabrics since the first time I saw them. You must be so proud. I can't wait to see them on the bolt. Congratulations!
Just picked some up at Stitch Lab!
It has to be so thrilling to see it piled up, I would be kvelling. Would it be possible for you to give the names or numbers of the solids that go with the Stitch in Color line. I am having a hard time trying to find
the solids, as I already have 4 stitch in color jelly rolls.
Wish there was a store near me where I could see the solids in person. Or where on line could they be found?
Congratulations....
how exciting!!!
I picked some up at Honeybee Quilt Shop in North Austin. LOVE IT!!
I cannot wait for my local shop to get, do you know of any online stores that will carry? I am so stoked for you...this is absolutely the greatest!!!!
I'm also looking to order your line. Just wondering if you know of what online stores might be carrying it that ship to Canada.
Thanks and congratulations!
Online stores???...for the WHOLE line....where???where???where???
I've been waiting patiently!!!
I'm headed to the Road to California quilt show this weekend and I hope some of them will have it--otherwise it's home and hit the online shops.
Congrats to you!!
